Earnings Policy
Since many people abandon common sense when they visit informational websites, we are happy to provide you with the following reality check:
Statements about earnings increases and increases in income are either examples from past clients or estimates of what you could potentially earn. There is no assurance you will do as well as these examples. In any business, there is a risk of complete and total economic failure, you acknowledge and accept that risk.
Where specific income figures are used and attributed to an individual or business, those people or businesses have earned that amount. However, there is no assurance you will do as well as the client examples given.
Based on past results, the average annual billing for an attorney in a one-on-one coaching relationship with our firm as of March 2013 is approximately $615,000. This is a self-reported number, meaning the individuals themselves have provided us with their billing information. Some of our clients declined to report their billing. In those cases, we used an estimate based upon what we believe to be their client volume and billing from their average transaction. In those instances, the information was not independently verified or audited for accuracy.
Monetary income and results are based upon many factors. There is no way to provide assurance regarding how well you will do. In short, we do not guarantee that you will get rich or improve your business by following our advice. Past success of our clients is not an assurance that you will achieve success or achieve a specific result.
